Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & PAYMENT A $35 deposit per person is required to secure your booking. It is non-refundable and goes toward your final balance. Payment is due on the day of service (cash or online transfer only). The person booking is responsible for full payment. Additional charges (e.g. early starts, touch-up kits) will be advised in advance. Failure to pay may result in refusal of future services. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before your appointment or the deposit will be forfeited. Reschedules within 48 hours may require a new deposit. Zoe may cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued. No further compensation applies, though a referral may be provided. Changes to date, time, or guest numbers must be discussed with Zoe. Reductions in guest numbers will not reduce the final cost. Increases are subject to availability and new pricing. All changes must be made at least 48 hours prior. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated. EXCLUSIVITY & COMMUNICATION Only the person who booked may make decisions or changes. Glam by Zoe may accept other jobs on the same day. Email is the preferred contact method. HEALTH & SAFETY All tools and products are sanitised. Please inform Zoe of any allergies/sensitivities in advance. Glam by Zoe is not liable for reactions if not disclosed. Services may be refused for health concerns (e.g. cold sores, infections, flu symptoms). Patch tests are available on request. Timing Arrive on time to receive your full service. A $30 early start fee applies to bookings before 7:00AM. Late arrivals (15+ mins) may result in reduced or cancelled service without refund. Media With your consent, Zoe may use photos/videos from your event for marketing. No claims may be made regarding this use. CLIENT & ARTIST CONDUCT Zoe provides professional, hygienic service using quality products. Results may vary due to individual factors. Rude or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service. Zoe is not liable for delays outside her control. Clients are responsible for any damage to Zoe’s kit or property during the service.
