Mobile Services
Thank you for booking with Glam by Zoe
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Zoe Cairns at Glam by Zoe.
By ticking the " I have read and agree to the terms and conditions" box when booking your appointment, you agree to all the Terms & Conditions listed below.
DEPOSITS
All appointments are secured by a deposit. Deposits are a non-refundable/non-transferable sum used to secure the date and time of your appointment unless cancelled/rescheduled outside of 72 hours.
Deposit amount of $30 per person and half of the quoted travel fee must be paid upon booking your appointment, and the remaining costs is to be paid on the day of the appointment.
If you choose to cancel or reschedule any appointment in the booking this must be done 72 hours prior to your appointment booking, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. To rebook, another deposit will be required.
PAYMENT
Glam by Zoe will only accept CASH payments on the day of your appointment. Unfortunately, EFTPOS and/or direct deposits are not be accepted.
LOCATION
Mobile services are available for group bookings with a minimum of three people. Zoe will come to a location of your choice.
Mobile services must be requested via website and booking is only confirmed once approved by Zoe.

AVAILABILITY
Glam by Zoe will open for bookings Friday-Sunday. If you wish to book a day outside of these availabilities, please email info@glambyzoe.com with your desired date and time. Additional days may be opened up if highly requested.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell to any extent, or if you have any infectious or contagious skin or eye conditions (rashes, cold sores, conjunctivitis, styes, etc.).
If you are unwell or have any contagious conditions, please cancel your appointment or contact me directly.
If you attend your appointment sick or with any contagious skin or eye conditions, you will kindly be asked to leave or your appointment will be cancelled. I cannot perform any makeup application on you as this puts both my client's health and my own health at risk.
If you have any allergies, it is your responsibility to notify me prior to your appointment. Please list any allergies or skin sensitivities in the questionnaire when booking your appointment. If you fail to notify me of any allergies or skins conditions you may have, I am not liable for any allergic reactions you may have from the service provided
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive on time to your makeup appointment. Carefully consider travel distance, traffic and alternative appointments and allow enough time to arrive to your appointment at your scheduled time.
If you are late to your appointment this may impact the makeup look you request. If you arrive over 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
PHOTOGRAPHS
With your consent, Zoe has the right to take photos or videos of the client’s makeup and publish to social media accounts and platforms for promotional purposes.
